A Casino is an establishment for certain types of gambling. They often have a hotel, restaurants and other attractions. They are located in the United States, Europe and Asia. Casinos are generally legal, but there are exceptions. A casino may be a private or public facility. In addition to gaming, some casinos host entertainment events such as concerts and shows. Some casinos have a bowling alley or other sports facilities.
There are three general categories of casino games: gaming machines, table games, and random number games. Gaming machines are played by one or more players at a time and do not require the involvement of casino employees. Table games involve a dealer or croupier and are conducted by that person. Random number games are based on the selection of random numbers, either generated by computer or by a physical device such as a roulette wheel.
